- Roberto Bolaño en “Los detectives salvajes”: He sido cordialmente invitado a formar parte del realismo visceral. Por supuesto, he aceptado. No hubo ceremonia de iniciación. Mejor así.
- Camio José Cela en “La familia de Pascual Duarte”: Yo, señor, no soy malo, aunque no me faltarían motivos para serlo.
- Federico García Lorca en “Romancero gitano”:
